I came to MyoDetox for hamstring and ankle pain, and working with Priya and Lorran has made a huge difference. At the first session, Priya did a thorough assessment and explained everything clearly, which made it easy to understand what was going on and why the exercises mattered. She gave me a plan with targeted exercises that addressed the underlying issues, not just the main symptoms. I also see Lorran for massage therapy. She takes her time assessing and checking in on what areas need focus, and she's helped work through a lot of muscle tightness. The two coordinated their care plan really well, so everything felt connected and aligned with my goals. My mobility has improved a lot and my body feels stronger.

I see both Austin for running physiotherapy as well as Nidhi for pelvic floor therapy. I think both individuals are great in their niche physiotherapy specialties! Austin is very creative and always has ideas on how to improve on your run and how to get to your goals, with strengthening certain parts of the body. I initially went to him for a running gait analysis and found out a lot of interesting things to work on. I found out specifically why my body has certain pains only when I run and I found his help super helpful when I was trying to reach my goals every week. You do have to work hard on the exercises and apply it every week though. Austin is really easy to talk to and can really help you with your running goals (or other physiological issues) if you need it. Nidhi has been great with my struggles with pelvic floor issues; she helps you develop a plan through several weeks and explains the reasoning for such an extensive plan. She's understanding and thorough when explaining. Myo also has great receptionists! They're flexible with planning and available through text. I would say this is a great place to go if you want the optimal function for your body, but be prepared to put the work into it. The costs are also on the higher side, so for a long term plan, make sure you have the finances/insurances to continue with the plan! They have really amazing workers there and have a lot of specialized knowledge; they are worth the cost if you find other physiotherapists have not been helping with chronic/acute issues.

Nidhi is absolutely the best Physiotherapist I have had in my life! She is extremely dedicated and passionate about her craft and it shows in the way she goes above and beyond to make her patients feel better than when they come in. She gives it her everything physically and mentally and it goes a long way in helping me heal from chronic pain. She especially excels in the field of pelvic floor speciality and has helped me immensely with pelvic floor issues as well Highly recommend Nidhi and MyoDetox!
