  TLDR: the services I received were good, but Myo as a company would be the reason I don't return due to poor communication, organization, and high prices. I attended Myo Mississauga for physio, massage and chiropractic services from November 2025 to June 2026 for a low back injury. Allan L. is a great physiotherapist. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the work that he did for me. I truly felt he genuinely cared about me and my injury. We worked together to formulate treatments, he was able to quickly modify and adapt to all my complaints. He is friendly, patient, punctual, and knowledgable. I appreciated how he would always verbalize what he was going to do before doing it, always asking permission before any manual manipulation as well as during the treatment to ensure I was comfortable. The massages I received from Lorran C. were very good. Her technique and pressure were perfect and she would continuously ask for my input to ensure that I was comfortable. I saw Dr. Nicolas for chiropractic services for about 4-6 weeks. He is very friendly and knowledgable. Just from the first time that I saw him, I was able to have some relief with my back pain. I believe all 3 individuals are great in their respective specialties! Despite the fact that I enjoyed the individual services, I have had negative experiences with Myodetox as a company. I needed session information sent on my behalf for insurance purposes and it has been weeks without them being able to send it (to my knowledge still has not been sent). When asked for updates, many varying excuses have been given: Myo "has no fax machine", then suddenly they do have a fax machine but then "the requesting fax wasn't received", then the requesting fax was received but "the notes from my sessions aren't organized" (which is concerning). I have tried to be patient but when my treatment and coverage depends on their notes and they are delaying communications for unknown reasons, it is upsetting. It is also difficult to reach someone on the phone when trying to call the front desk. On the few occasions that I was able to get through, the individual was not helpful. The last time I called about being charged for a service that I was not aware I was going to be charged for, I was told a supervisor was going to contact me and they never did. I feel that Myo as a company might be more focused on a boutique experience/branding rather than helping people. To conclude, if you're looking for treatment for some minor sports injury and you don't need to worry about whether or not your clinician finished their notes on you, sending/receiving information in a timely manner or high prices, then this place can work for you. Unfortunately for me, it makes me not trust their organization or reliability and for that reason I would think twice about returning.

  I came to MyoDetox for hamstring and ankle pain, and working with Priya and Lorran has made a huge difference. At the first session, Priya did a thorough assessment and explained everything clearly, which made it easy to understand what was going on and why the exercises mattered. She gave me a plan with targeted exercises that addressed the underlying issues, not just the main symptoms. I also see Lorran for massage therapy. She takes her time assessing and checking in on what areas need focus, and she's helped work through a lot of muscle tightness. The two coordinated their care plan really well, so everything felt connected and aligned with my goals. My mobility has improved a lot and my body feels stronger.

  I can’t recommend Tatjana enough! She really takes the time to listen to what you want and need from each session, and makes sure to check in throughout so you’re always comfortable. Her approach feels thoughtful and personalized, not rushed. What I appreciate most is how she shares professional tips that I can actually use between appointments.. it makes a real difference. After every visit, my body feels more balanced, relaxed, and on its way back to normal. So grateful to have found her!
