I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I waited over a month to hear back from this law office, even after confirming that they had my correct contact information. During my visit, I noticed that client privacy seemed limited — I was placed in a cubicle where conversations could be overheard from the waiting area, which felt uncomfortable. When I met with the attorney to discuss revising my business contract, I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously. Some comments made during the meeting came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which was disappointing since I had come seeking professional legal advice to improve my contract. Although we agreed on a fee for the attorney to reformat my contract, I never received a follow-up or any completed work after several weeks and multiple attempts to contact the office. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking a different attorney who communicates clearly and treats clients’ concerns with professionalism and respect.
