  We recently worked with this law firm and had a very positive experience overall. Before choosing them, we reached out to several law firms for quotes. This firm stood out immediately — they replied very quickly (the next day, very responsive), while another firm we contacted never responded at all, even after everything was already completed. Their pricing was clear, transparent, and very reasonable. In comparison, another firm quoted us nearly double the price. The lawyer took the time to explain different options and associated costs, including some very “economically friendly” options. For more straightforward matters, the basic option was more than sufficient, which we really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, we communicated with the lawyer via email, and everything was very well organized. The lawyer was clear about timelines and what documents were needed at each step. As someone using legal services for the first time, I found the process very beginner-friendly and reassuring. One thing I particularly appreciated is how respectful and client-focused this firm is. There’s no sense of “I’m the professional, so you must just follow my instructions.” The lawyer combines their expertise with clear advice and options, and always explains which services are optional and which would incur additional charges. For example, for questions that require extra time to explain, they clearly noted that it would be billed hourly and asked if I really wanted the extra explanation. I found this level of transparency and respect very reassuring — there were no surprises when we received the bill, and it felt honest and fair. If there is one minor area for improvement, it would be internal coordination. When we visited the office to sign documents, we were asked to provide our IDs again even though electronic copies had already been submitted earlier and were on file. This was a small point and may simply have been due to information not being fully synced at the time. Everyone we interacted with — including the front desk and legal assistants — was consistently friendly, and happy to answer our questions. We also really appreciated that for some simple documents, which we technically could have printed and submitted ourselves, the firm kindly took care of printing and submission for us without charging extra. Overall, this is a professional, efficient, transparent, and client-oriented law firm. We would absolutely recommend them！
