Don't go here. They sell the worst quality items. They don't stand by them. And now I'm out, at minimum $180. The doctor pushed on me these ankle braces. I needed then, and I needed the ones he was selling. The material is specifically built for longevity, he tells me. They breathe better than anything he's seen on the market, and the list of pros goes on and on. So, yeah, I dished out the $180, and boy was I disappointed. These braces do not breathe. AT ALL. After 4-6 hours, my feet are a sopping, stinky, uncomfortable mess. I have never had a foot odor problem in my life, but if I wear these, I definitely do. Like the kind of odor problem that makes people not want to be around me. And with the poor quality material that the brace is made of, it just soaks it up. No amount of scrubbing helps, but now the beige is a dirty shade of grey that is embarrassing. Of course, it isn't machine washable, and even if I hadn't been told not to machine wash it,I would have known pretty quick. I was told it would last a year. Try two weeks. I could probably get another month out of it before they fell apart, but I can't go around with my feet smelling to high heaven. I also got fitted orthotics. They were $550. I haven't started using them yet, but my expectations are pretty low. They are pretty flimsy, and they look cheep. Compared to the ones my daughter got from her foot doctor, they look like something you might get from Lindon Drugs for $17.99. Update (about 6 weeks later): It was as I feared, the orthotics did help with the pain in my toes, which was my initial complaint, but the cause significant pain to my arch. So, now when I go out, I have to decide if I want pain in my toe, or pain in my arch. And this is what I paid almost $1000 for, once you add on the $200 I paid out for the shoes that were recommended. And what a surprise, since I've posted this, the company has not replied. Go figure.

I visited to clinic for the first time today for corn removal. Dr.Tsang was very professional and kind. The front desk staff was also helpful and efficient. I had never had a corn removed before and lived with it for 3 years until it was very painful. Dr.Tsang explained me the removal process, the reasons why corns develop and the precautionary care. I thank him for his time and work.

So SO disappointed. I think he is a business man more than a Dr. He charged me 750 $ for insole and braces but later on when I asked him for a letter that I have arthritis he denied that I have arthritis. So, I was thinking I have arthritis as the other podiatrist say for the past 10 years and using insole to relieve the pain but he did not accept to write a letter to confirm I have arthritis for my workplace. I showed him my last ultrasound was done that results shows I have OSTHEOARTHRITIS but he said I didn't order this test. NOT knowing this does not change the fact that I have osteoarthritis or arthritis whether he wrote the test or not. Their price goes up when they find out you have benefits. and he is just there to sell you insole and braces to make money. not supporting you any other way. NOT GOING THERE AND NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL.
