Serge arrived on time was personable and professional. After initial diagnostics informed it was one of 2 things, the second of which would be electronics. Within 10 mins told me not electronics & proceeded to fix the defrost problem that had been dragging on for 6 months. Happy to provide my recommendation and will keep this number on file for any future issues with appliances. Corey
