Mrs. Madick walked me thoroughly through end of life business for my Brother and Mother Who passed in the USA. I am this family’s survivor and needed advocacy here and there on The ground. She is an expert listener, extremely thorough and offers up a Plan B, if required. I was completely satisfied with her efforts to problem solve. She is an asset to the city.
