I had such a great experience doing a Running Biomechanical Assessment with Dr. Coulson. He was very detailed and precise about the exercises and strength tests he put me through. He was able to identify and address the issues I was experiencing with my knees while running. I am looking forward to subsequent visits to see what further improvements can be made!

I've been experiencing some issues with migraines, and work related stress. I was looking around the city, and came across MHP. Noticed the good reviews towards their RMT Cody. I've been twice now. He's always on time, friendly, and provides a great massage. Highly recommend! I could find an RMT closer to me, but it's worth the travel to attend MHP. Thank you. 😌

Had my first appointment with Nicole and it was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the entire physio process and was very welcoming. So happy I choose MHP for my physio!
