Prime Physiotherapy is very professional and compassionate. The staff really listen to their clients, and their therapists are very knowledgeable and they explain what they're doing and why. They do what is best for their clients, and quite flexible with your appointments. Anyone who needs physiotherapy, this is the place to go. Special recognition is to Patrick, who has been my mother's therapist for a few months, and is patient when my elderly mother had trouble understanding him or trying to tell him something, as English is not her first language.

I went in with a shoulder Injury, Monica Youssef was my PT, she was very kind and encouraging and able to accurately diagnose my shoulder issues and help me to strengthen it and regain stability over a 2 month stretch of time . I’m still continuing with the strength exercise I was given and I’m seeing improvements. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful. I had a great experience and I will definitely return if I have any future needs.
