These 1 star reviews & replies are pure comedy gold. Read them through! The place is fine, but resetting existing clients to a $225 "new patient" rate after two years is a bit of a money grab. Friendly suggestion: add an extra tier for existing patience. New patience is $225 and following ups $100… Add a $150 returning client rate? Have a good day. :)

Unfortunately bad and painful experience , Got a Matricectomy done on my left toe nail, it got infected on day 2 even though I took the proper treatment and care. Had to take antibiotics which I hate but ok, they said infection was not common but possible. After the treatment the pain and swelling went away but still had major discomfort , I had to come in for a second intervention (without any anesthesia) and it was super painful but I went through it just to get it fixed as the doctor recommended, that did not fix it, Unfortunately that was not the end, still now, 2 months after my nail has not properly healed, I have discomfort and pain when wearing shoes and in the picture you can see there is still something wrong, I did send emails and calls and never heard back, will Have to pay a visit to fix it, in a different podiatrist of course, Think twice about going there do not recommend as the customer service is awful

Dr. Ladha is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is kind, clear, prompt, and always curious. He goes above and beyond like when I had an issue on vacation and emailed the clinic--he asked for a photo and reassured me that things would be ok until I got home. I highly recommend him. The clinic is immaculate and comfortable, and the staff are always caring and kind. I appreciate these people so much.
