I recently visited Downtown Vision and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ivana Latalisa. She is easily the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. The entire experience was fantastic, starting with the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The technician was a huge help, and Dr. Latalisa took the time to explain every part of the process to me very clearly. I was also thoroughly impressed by their use of the latest diagnostic technology to thoroughly check my eyesight. Highly recommend to anyone in Toronto looking for top-tier eye care!

I’m a returning customer that went in for a small repair on my favourite pair of sunglasses that weren't even purchased here, and Ashley replaced a part in under 4 minutes. Thank you!

Great service from the team. Booking, easy. Appointment, quick, clear and kept me fully informed the whole time. Follow up, choice and purchase of new glasses - too easy. A great spot, convenient too
