Eye check up was done very thoroughly and professionally. The specialist doctor Dr. Rekha Mishra recommended tips and tricks to avoid strain on eyes. The showroom has good collection of reasonably priced top quality brands with option to customize lens and frames based on budget. The front desk executive Shivam was very professional, cordial and accommodating enough to fit in the selected frames and lens combinations within my health insurance benefit plan. The location is accessible by the underground PATH so perfect for people living or working downtown to schedule appointments or pick up glasses during work hours.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters in the Eaton Centre. Everyone that assisted me were incredibly professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my visit. Dr. Hoda made my experience so comfortable and informative—she was knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. A special shoutout to Shivam (hope I’m spelling his name right!) who helped me select frames that truly suited me—he was patient, knowledgeable, and had an amazing eye for style. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! I will be back soon to purchase my glasses!
