Have been going to Dr.Peng Yan for past couple of years without complain but today June 9th when at my yearly follow up I asked him how my eye general health was? The answer was very disturbing from such a high qualified doctor to reply he doesn’t care if I get blind as it is not his concern and I should get my eyes checked up with an optometrist ..My advise to him is to refrain from such blunt words and instead just could have said that department is your optometrist ..not a good feeling after today’s appointment .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Miceli. Was referred after being told by an optometrist that I have an eye condition and was advised to see an ophthalmologist. During my appt Dr. Miceli was present, but he sent his replacement doctor to see me instead of personally handling the consultation. The replacement doctor examined me and said I didn’t have the condition I was referred for. After I asked to see him directly, Dr. Miceli briefly saw me and confirmed that I do have it. And when I asked questions about whether it was serious or what steps I should take, he was just nodding his head to say yes or no to all my questions. He is very arrogant and unprofessional. From my experience he is not a credible opthalmologist. All he cares about is his pocket, he is more focused on billing OHIP claims than on providing care for patients. He is one of those who takes advantage of the system.

I have been going to Kensington eye clinic since 2022 and have always had the best experience with the doctors and front desk staff. Always! But to my shock today Andrea I believe who is the admin staff of Dr Ocampo. Spoke very rudely to me and told me not to waste her time and my own as I couldn't remember my last appointment with Dr Ocampo. She has still not sent me the requisition form I called about today. And said she could not send me an email with the details of the next appointment. And I had to tell her to send me the details on the email she will send me with the requisition form Im still waiting for. This is a service for patients vision related issues and this staff member ruined a long standing relationship I have with this clinic, with this one horrible phone call.
