I visited the clinic a week ago and after looking at my new glasses prescription they wrote out I noticed they got it backwards and they're only in the clinic once a week and they are totally not professional and don't fix their mistakes. If they're was a 0 star rating I would have chosen it.

Dr Alyssa Markowitz provides excellent, professional service in a caring, detailed manner. I'm so glad I made the decision to go to her practice. Her Optician Rebecca Tran is also terrific and ensures my eye care needs are met with patience and a smile! I recommend Dr Markowitz to anyone looking for a top Optometrist.

Love this office. As I walk into the office I am always greeted very warmly. The office is spotless, well lit and welcoming to be in. The Optometry Staff graciously greets me and leads me through the various tests and describes what each test is looking for. Dr. Markowitz is always smiling, patient, and goes out of her way to take the time to carefully explain how my eyes are, what she is watching, and best of all how well my eyes are doing. Heartfelt thanks for all you do. Rebecca Tran the Optician in the office is the best. Warm, friendly, and always greets you with a smile and by name. I am hard on glasses so each time I go into the office there is the inevitable "adjustment" required which she expertly takes care of. One time I managed to break the frames of 2 year old prescription glasses. The frames were discontinued but she worked tirelessly to find a replacement frame that fit the prescription lenses perfectly. Also she always recommends the best frames for me. Thank you for taking the time and such good care of me.
