  I have had an awesome and great experience at Alpha hearing center in North York, while helping my Mom to choose and use hearing aid for the first time. Mr. Parviz (Peter) is a very caring, knowledgeable, and patient individual that offered advanced German engineered hearing aid at an affordable price with partial assistance from OHIP. Both I and my lovely Mom were very pleased with the level of technical service and continued assistance and heartfelt care of Mr. Parviz, as well as sweet Layla at front desk.

  I had such an amazing experience with Alpha hearing Centre today🧡🙏Both the lady at reception as wwll as the lovely technician who tested my hearing (Afsaneh) were very carring & kind🩷🩷 Afsaneh made me feel at ease and gave me the most heartwarming feeling which I really needed due to my recent hearing situation and I can honestly say Afsaneh is a real Angel🙏 They took me in with Ohip at no cost to me and the entire experience was something I will never forget🙏 If you or anyone you know is going through hardships with their hearing, definitely visit the ladies in this clinic💕 Thank you Afsaneh joon and your lovely receptionist who booked me in right away🙏 Asal
