Debbie (frequently) and Anika (once) were exceptionally friendly, patient and understanding. I had issues with the aid that they loaned me due to total deafness in one ear and the resultant feedback from that ear's receiver to my good one. My seniors' concerns about cost were heard and gentler alternative options offered. I have decided to forgo the aids for the time being and if I do revisit them and make the decision to continue there is nowhere else I would go!

I had a great experience with Anika, removing hard impacted ear wax from my kid's ears. She was incredibly kind and professional, with lots of reassurance, patience and step by step explanations along the way! She made this look easy! The hearing clinic is part of an eye clinic; a very new, clean and aesthetically pleasing space. I am so relieved to have had this done so quickly and painlessly. I was able to book the appointment online, and there was availability for evenings and weekends to accommodate busy school and work schedules. Thank you, again, Anika, for providing us with wonderful care. We will definitely be back for future ear health check ups.

I had such an amazing experience at Owl Hearing Clinic that I felt compelled to share this review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and calming - exactly what you need when you’re already uncomfortable with blocked, painful ears. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. A very special thank you to the owner and audiologist, Anika. I had super hard, impacted ear wax and had been struggling with blocked ears for 3–4 days. I could barely hear properly, and my ears were extremely painful and sensitive. After many unsuccessful irrigation attempts at another walk in clinic, Anika was able to remove the impacted wax in under 15 minutes - I honestly couldn’t believe it! The relief of being able to hear clearly again was incredible. She was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. Because my ears were so sensitive, I needed a few short breaks, and she was unbelievably patient and understanding. She gave clear, concise instructions, explained everything she was doing, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I’m truly so grateful to Anika and the team at Owl Hearing Clinic for their care and expertise. If you’re dealing with ear wax buildup or any other hearing concerns, I highly recommend visiting Owl Hearing Clinic. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend them to family and friends.
