Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. I was able to book a same-day appointment, and there was no wait time when I arrived. The staff were kind, informative, and very quick with my wax cleaning procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Amazing experience! I arrived feeling quite stressed, but Memori, the hearing test specialist, was knowledgeable and very reassuring. She explained everything clearly—from ear anatomy to my test results—and made the whole process easy to understand. She was professional, kind, and attentive throughout. I felt very well taken care of.

I went to Hearing Aid Source as my hearing aids were not working well and I did not like to wear them. Edmond replaced the battery in one device, adjusted the volume in the other, removed wax from both ears, and gave me some tips on wearing them. Now, I happily wear my hearing aids.
