The clinic is spotless and welcoming. Anika was fantastic in treating my impacted ear wax problem. When I walked in I could hardly hear, and when I walked out I could hear clear as a bell. Very happy, will come back on an annual basis now that I now how quick, painless, and easy this is.

I had an outstanding experience with Alyssa MacLean, audiologist at Owl Hearing, when I visited for earwax removal. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly patient, gentle, and genuinely informative. She took the time to explain every step in a way that felt reassuring and easy to understand, which made the entire appointment comfortable and stress‑free. The office was spotless, calm, and very well organized, creating a welcoming environment right from the start. Alyssa’s professionalism and warmth stood out immediately — she clearly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel heard and supported. If you’re looking for exceptional hearing care, I can’t recommend Alyssa and Owl Hearing highly enough. A truly five‑star experience.

I had to replace my current hearing aids cause the rechargable battery were dying. There were a dozen hearing clinics in my area that I could have chosen to visit but when I stumbled upon Owl Hearing Clinic. I read the many 5 stars reviews of others, I decided to give them a shot even though it was far away. Anika is a licencsed audiologist and knowledgeable in her field. She is kind and thoughtful and makes you feel comfortable. She is someone that I can trust not to just sell me a hearing aid. I highly recommend.
