Kelsey and her team are exceptional. Very clear and easy to understand her hearing test instructions. Kelsey spent the time I required to understand the operation and maintenance of my devices. The over all experience is second to none. I have already given 4 friends Kelsey's contact info. Lastly, my new hearing aids have positively changed my quality of life. Tim

Got a flyer about a hearing assessment. Haven’t had one, but thought as I age probably a good idea. Easy to contact. Actually got a live person vs. voicemail or automated attendant. Tre was professional and a pleasure to deal. My assessment was done by Chelsea. She also was professional. She explained what was going to happen and walked me through it. Afterwards she shared and explained my results and answered my questions. A great experience and will definitely use them for follow-up. Highly recommend. Was told before by friends - oh they will tell you that you need hearing aids. Not at all. Very data driven and just given a good assessment.
