I had my annual hearing test and Hearing Aid adjustment this past week. All the staff at the Hearing Clinic are very personable and are ready to work with you to ensure you have the best hearing possible. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my hearing aid needs.

I have nothing but kind words to say about the team here at the clinic. An appointment was scheduled here for my mom several months ago, at the recommondation of one of her doctors since she was experiencing bad hearing loss. From when we first stepped into the clinic, the experience was only positive. Jessica has always been welcoming and friendly. With the first assessment, Dino was great at explaining the results of the tests my mom completed and also patient as there are some language barriers. When we went forward with ordering the hearing aids here, Laura did an excellent job providing some guidance on how to best use them. We were lucky to also have a chance to meet Lia and she helped with the proper fitting and explanation of the new hearing aids too. With all that said, they went even above and beyond by working to accomodate things at short notice, and we were never harshly turned away. When I had my own personal issue come up, they found the time to help care for me as well. My family is very happy now as my mom is using the new, comfortable hearing aids and we are so, SO thankful for the amazing team! 😊
