  I highly recommend Hear Canada Barrie (north and south locations) I have had the pleasure of dealing with both locations. The staff are amazing and help instantly with any problem. Tamara at Hear Canada Barrie south was incredible when my Mother's hearing aid broke. I called early one morning and Tamara suggested we come in right away. We did, and Tamara had the problem solved within minutes. My Mother was so happy she could hear clearly again. Also, Genny from Hear Canada Barrie south is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has always been so kind and helpful with my Mother. Again, I highly recommend Hear Canada for all your hearing concerns.

  Went in with low expectations as have a terrible right ear as was told may not be able to improve with aids ..the girls at the front counter were great ,and can’t say enough about Genny Clarke, lovely person and very helpful and professional.she got me tested and hearing aids fitted that day set up and working improving both ears 👏👏.Would Definetly recommend Hearing Canada and especially Genny Clarke👍👍

  Humane and compassionate service like this is rare, and it deserves to be acknowledged. (A MUST read) Dear M., T, and J, I hope I have reached the correct Hearing Canada clinic. This message is intended for the wonderful staff at the 480 Huronia Road clinic in Barrie, and I truly wanted to make sure it found its way to the three ladies who helped me during my recent visit. I walked in expecting a simple hearing test, but instead I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt less like a clinic and more like visiting people who sincerely cared about how I was doing. I live with PTSD, severe depression, and anxiety. What stood out to me most was that, without even knowing my situation, you all created an environment where I immediately felt comfortable, respected, and at ease. That is not something I experience often. During my exam, I found myself relaxing and speaking as though I were talking with someone I had known for years. By the end of the appointment, I almost forgot I had come for a hearing test and not coffee with good company. The kindness, professionalism, patience, and positive energy the three of you showed genuinely lifted my spirits that day. I honestly left feeling better emotionally than when I arrived, and that alone deserves recognition. People are quick to file complaints these days, but not nearly enough people take the time to express gratitude when someone makes a real difference in their life. I did not want this experience to go unrecognized. I would also like to mention Stacey from Hear Canada call center, who was incredibly kind and helpful in trying to connect me with your clinic. Her effort and sincerity did not go unnoticed. I truly hope the same joy and appreciation I wished to pass along to your team somehow finds its way back to her as well. Humane and compassionate service like this is rare, and it deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed like family and close friends rather than just another appointment on the schedule. I truly appreciate each of you.
