Mid-range, per pairRechargeable, Bluetooth, better in noise

$3,000 to $5,000

Premium, per pairTop processing and features

$5,000 to $8,000+

Prices in CAD per pair, illustrative as of 2026, and they usually include fitting and follow-up care. What you pay depends on the technology level, your hearing needs, and the clinic. Many provincial assistive-device programs (like Ontario's ADP and Alberta's AADL) and private insurance plans cover part of the cost.

  I had a great experience at Bravo Hearing Clinic. I recently had my hearing tested there, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized.   I’ve had hearing tests and fittings before but the experience at Bravo Hearing Centre was on a completely different level, it was outstanding. Michael is a total expert and extremely detail-oriented. He doesn’t just 'do the job', he’s incredibly precise, making sure my hearing aids were calibrated perfectly. It’s clear he’s at the top of his game and really knows the latest technology inside and out. Couldn't recommend enough!
