Jasaman was lovely and professional. I am very sensitive and she let me know even though it was only a small amount of wax to be removed she would still do it if I wanted. She understood what might feel like something small for someone can be huge for someone else and she took the time to help me. I appreciate her human response, a lovely person and Practioner. The front desk staff was warm and helpful as well. The place is well run and clean overall a enjoyable experience.

From the very first point of contact of booking my appointment to walking out the clinic, the service was exceptional and professional. France took my information and promptly booked an appointment which suited my schedule. On entering House of Hearing at Yonge and Eglinton, I was greeted by the warm, friendly, smiling Jasmine. She was very professional and explained in clear, simple terms what was causing my pain. I knew Jasmine didn't have lunch yet and it was well after 2PM yet she took her time to help me understand what was going on. After all this, I wasn't charged one cent- all free!! Amazing- I'm externally grateful for the excellent customer service and the kindness of this lovely professional. Thank you so much. I will definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who requires the services offered here.
