I made a phone call to this clinic to inquire about a new charging station & cord for my hearing aides. The receptionist told me to come in anytime. I finally got there after two weeks, and she helped me out. I got both of the pieces replaced, free of charge. The ladies at this clinic are friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and professional and the audiologist was very thorough and kind. If you are looking for a hearing aid store in downtown Victoria, I would highly recommend this place over the other options.

I am beyond grateful for the high level of medical care and compassion Tiffany Nguyen and Joie Carly showed me. In a time where it is challenging to navigate the health care system, they were such a beacon of light - informative yet reassuring. After testing me they provided advice that undoubtedly improved my long term health outcomes. Cannot recommend this clinic enough.
