I dont write reviews...this is my first. Let me explain. First....I found you can buy a hearing aids in so many places in Victoria....buying and service is a daunting task. Dont gamble with your health ,hearing or your provider. As a senior..I have the time...and took up the challenge...sorted out all the talk and promises ...and found the best. Thank you Teresa...for all your good work...expertise, and time to find what works best for me..I strongly recommend..Nextgen in Okay Bay.. Find the difference..thanks again Teresa...Ron B.

(Review 1)At the Oak Bay Nexus Hearing Clinic Selene Finlayson had outstanding customer service, was highly professional and extremely helpful with giving me my hearing test. I rate this clinic A+. (Review 2) My daughter has had hearing issues over the past year and today Teresa was our Nexus Hearing Professional. She gave my daughter a donated hearing aid free of charge with batteries and incredible /informative medical information with photos on my daughter's rare ear condition. She put us at ease and was an absolute saint. We cannot thank you enough!

The personal support at this and other NexGen offices is excellent. Not only are you given choices of high quality products, but your specialized needs are addressed and tweaked until you’re happy. Very impressed with Teresa’s audiology expertise, but also with the way she navigates complex and constantly evolving technology. As a professional musician and avid outdoor enthusiast, I pushed the envelope re expectations but came out getting the maximum possible from my Oticon More set, thanks to unwavering support from Teresa (and previously, Selene).
