Beyond expectations. Especially with the follow up and attention to detail; fully understanding my personal needs. I can't believe how many wonderful conversations, movies, etc. I was missing before my hearing aids. Tony and his assistant Lorraine were exceptional, welcoming and open to any questions or issues I might have in the future. Great support. Thankyou!!!!

Went in because my new com pilot would not connect tp the appMae Hernandez had it working in no time. there was even time left in the appointment to do a hearing test, which I hadn't done in almost 2 years. she also filled me in on what I was entitled to through Veterans Affairs. Thank you Mae.

I have been a client with Connect Hearing, Royal Oak Shopping Center for about fifteen years. During that time I have been helped by different audiologists, all whom have been professional, incredibly helpful and have met every need. Recommendations for upgrades and devices have been presented in a non-pressure, comfortable environment. The staff have always answered any questions, provided outstanding service and I feel valued as a client and a friend. I highly recommend this company and this office for anyone concerned about hearing loss or updating hearing aides.
