Terek and the team were very personable and trustworthy. Hearing aid purchasing can be very overwhelming but he walked me through the options in a way that I finally understood. He even recommended that I may not need it at this stage in my life, which shows his level of integrity.

Let me begin by saying this is the best experience I have ever had at a hearing centre. Tarek explained all aspects of what to expect when being tested and purchasing new hearing aids. He gives you all the facts so that you can make a knowledgable decision without any pressure what so ever. I cant say enough about Tarek, not only does he know his business, he is very personable, courteous, patient, and willing to help you with any problem you might encounter. Tarek has always responded to my needs even after making a purchase. I highly recommend Tarek and the Ear Aid Hearing Centre.
