Excellent service and very caring staff. I had a great experience at Hear Right Canada located in Toronto. Margarita and Zahe were extremely patient, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and clearly explained all my options. What I appreciate most was being able to try different hearing aids before deciding. That really helped me feel confident in my choice. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, hearing care and excellent customer service. Thank you again Margarita and Zahe

The staff and Margarita (the specialist) were absolutely amazing! I had a full hearing test today, the first time at 56 years old, and Margarita explained everything that was going to happen, she was very professional and super friendly made me calm even with my high anxiety! Explained the outcome clearly and what I'm going to expect. Definitely recommend this office!

I'm not sure how I feel about this business. They advertise free ear cleaning to entice you. You book an appointment and show up. They ask for your full name, date of birth, address, and a whole bunch of personal information. Someone then looks in your ears for 2 seconds and say, "Yep your ears are clean." DONE, no cleaning whatsoever. This happened to both my partner and I. No one's ears are entirely free of wax and buildup. This clinic provided no actual service but now they've collected all sorts of personal data on me that they can sell for profit. A bit of a scam.
