Natalia and Katty are both incredibly warm, friendly and courteous, while also being thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and answer any questions you may have. The most detailed hearing test and explanation of my hearing loss I have had by far! I was impressed by the openness and honesty of the clinic staff. My hearing aid fitting appointment is coming up in a few weeks and I am excited to start my journey.
