About

Owl Hearing Clinic is an independently owned Toronto audiology practice offering hearing tests, hearing aids, and specialized services like tinnitus treatment for seniors and adults with 15+ years of experience.

Senior Care Path Summary

Owl Hearing Clinic is run by a registered audiologist with over 15 years of experience and serves adults across three Toronto locations: Roncesvalles, Eglinton, and Rosedale. The clinic offers comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aids from all major 2026 brands, and specialized services including tinnitus treatment, earwax removal, and mobile hearing testing for clients who cannot attend in-person appointments.

The clinic is particularly valuable for older adults concerned about cognitive health, as the website emphasizes evidence that untreated hearing loss increases dementia risk and that early intervention with hearing aids can reduce cognitive decline. Every hearing aid fitting includes Real Ear Measurements, the gold standard in audiology, ensuring precise personalization to each person's hearing needs and ear anatomy.

Owl Hearing provides a 2-week free hearing aid trial with no obligation to purchase, allowing seniors to test devices at home before deciding. All hearing aid purchases include lifetime follow-up care and support. Pricing is transparent and posted online, with options ranging from Essential ($1,950) to Premium ($2,950) hearing aids, and the clinic accepts Ontario Assistive Devices Program (OADP) funding with a valid OHIP card.

The clinic is registered as an Assistive Device Program vendor and accepts coverage from private insurance, WSIB, Veterans Affairs, and provincial funding. Open evenings and Saturdays for convenience, the clinic welcomes clients without doctor referrals and provides personalized, unbiased guidance across all major hearing aid brands.

I spent 12 horrible days barely hearing out of one ear. I booked a wax removal appointment with Anika, and in just 10 minutes she safely and painlessly cleared it. My hearing is completely back now. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Anika is a very knowledgeable and patient Audiologist. She takes her time to explain everything you need to know and books a follow up appointment 2 weeks after your fitting to answer any questions or concerns. I can now hear on my completely deaf right ear because of the “cross” aid that Anika fitted for me at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Anika if you have hearing issues. Gary Donald

I had a really pleasant experience getting my hearing checked here. The whole appointment was quick and hassle-free - the test took about 15 minutes! The space is also very clean, simple, and has a great aesthetic. My results showed my hearing is perfect, and Dr Anika also explained that I may be experiencing auditory processing difficulties, which was really helpful to know. On top of everything, it was very cheap and reasonably priced, and you can use insurance to claim it back. Highly recommend!
