The receptionist, Matti, was very welcoming. I was in the chair within 3 minutes. The audiologist was polite and professional, taking the time to explain the process. There was no attempt to upsell, and the entire session took 10 minutes. I will be doing a yearly visit to get rid of that pesky wax buildup. Ask for Stephanie Bergman when you call.

Julia was friendly, professional and helpful. My first time at a Hearing Solutions. Went in for a cleaning. A dream that they're open on Sundays.

Jasmine did a great job, problem got resolved in 5 minutes. Staff was very polite. Place was clean and nice. Definitely recommend!!!
