I had a great experience with Hearing Solutions while looking at solutions for my mother. From the beginning, the team approached everything with genuine care and empathy, which made a meaningful difference during what can be a stressful and emotional process. A special thank you to Ernita, Danielle, and Casie, who were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout. They took the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure everything was handled thoughtfully. The audiologist was thorough and explained the results clearly, helping us feel informed and reassured every step of the way. Overall, a very positive experience—highly recommend their team if you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive care.

Can't recommend this location of Hearing Solutions enough! Danielle is professional and caring and always goes the extra mile. Really appreciate her patience, kindness and skill. Although I'm sorry to have a hearing problem Danielle's encouragement and help has made it much easier. Ernita, the receptionist, is very polite and professional and is the one who initially drew me to Hearing Solutions. We are very impressed!

I went into Hearing Solutions to get my ear waxed removed. I was welcomed by a wonderful receptionist. I was there to see Daniele for my ear cleaning. Sitting in her office, I felt comfortable and relaxed as she was removing the wax. She was very careful while using the wax removal tools. During the removal process she kept me entertained by having a nice conversation almost as if she was distracting me from the ear cleaning (which I’m always nervous for). But at the end of it all I could hear perfectly and felt much relief. I will only have my ears cleaned at Hearing Solutions on St. Clair.
