The receptionist, Lauren, and audiologist, Cameron, at the Bathurst and Lawrence location were both very accommodating. Cameron was very diligent and patient in conducting the necessary tests, fittings and adjustments for my elderly parents. So grateful for their excellent customer service and would recommend attending this location.

I had great experience at my hearing appointment the staff was incredibly friendly patient and attentive. They took the time to address all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I genuinely felt cared for and then made sure I understood each step of the exam. Highly recommend this to anyone in need of hearing services!
