I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! Casie was so helpful—she went out of her way to call me the moment a last-minute cancellation opened up so I could get in sooner. Emilie was excellent; she was professional, gentle, and made the entire procedure quick and easy. Highly recommend this team for their fantastic patient care!

The great online Google Reviews garnered by “Hearing Solutions “ was indicative of the experience that I received while getting my impacted earwax removed . Right from my first phone conversation with Casie ( Clinical Associate ) , I knew that I was in good hands. She explained , not only will they take care of my ear wax issue , but will also run a very comprehensive hearing test afterwards. Casie was very patient and a wealth of knowledge on the subject as she addressed all my questions and concerns. At my appointment, Khadija ( H.I.S ) was able to expertly remove the impacted wax from my right ear and rightly suggested that a weeks worth of ear drops in my left ear would help soften the hard wax so that it would be easier to take out . I really appreciated Khadija taking the necessary steps and precautions because the eardrums are quite delicate and prone to injury. Anyway, it must have been the treatment already given that made the hard wax come out on its own later that same day. Today was my final check up / hearing test performed by Dr. Emilie Vos ( AuD ) She displayed true compassion and professionalism by explaining all the procedures / results while at the same time making me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Many well deserved “Kudos & Thanks” goes out to Casie , Khadija and Dr. Emilie Vos of Hearing Solutions- First Canadian Place for giving me back my very important sense of Hearing!
