It would be a zero star if allowed. We were not mislead but actually lied to. After waiting 2 weeks to get concurrent appointments for myself and my mother, and after being very clear that we needed these separate appointments at the same time so my mother wouldn't have to be there for two hours at 89 years old, we arrive to find they only ever have one clinician and our appointments would be one after the other. I can't say enough how disappointed we both are. After paying transportation to get there and back and now having to wait for a different audiology clinic, dissatisfied is the least of what I feel. Very unprofessional.

I didn't think that I would need to go to the hearing clinic again to get my ears cleaned again so soon but HearingLife Canada came through again. They checked my ears and I still had a little bit of earwax in my ear. They recommended an ear flush in the drugstore downstairs and it worked!!! Not only did Christine and Leah give great service but they were genuinely concerned about the health of my hearing. HearingLife Canada once again provided consistently great service no matter what location you go to. It's a great alternative to other hearing clinics because they care and are professional.

Jessica was professional and personable during my visit. She clearly explained the hearing test process from start to finish and reviewed my results with me. The office staff were friendly and made me feel welcome during my visit.
