Munk Hearing Centre is amazing! I have been going there for over 10 years and other than the psychology department which I will never use that doctor again, it is great! They are very personable and understanding. Dr. Rutka treats me as an individual, the entire staff does. The audiology department are also very kind and understanding. They are my angels in being able to hear family voices and birds chirping again. Thank you to ALL of the staff at Munk Hearing Centre xx

I just called the Munk Hearing Centre to book an appt for tinnitus. The woman who answered the phone said she was not "in" the Munk Hearing Center. She was vague and contradictory about the service offered for tinnitus at the Munk Heating Centre and contradicted the information on their web site about this condition. Their web site says they offer a "Progressive Tinnitus Management" program. She said all I can get is a hearing test and a consult. I don't know where these good reviews are coming from for the Munk Hearing Centre because I found contacting them to be a total waste of time.
