I recently decided to switch from the Mississauga branch to this location, and I am so glad I did! The care and customer service provided by Elka and Rosa were absolutely great. Elka was incredibly patient and kind, and you can truly tell how much she cares for her patients. I’m so happy I made the decision to come here. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent care and a great experience with their hearing aids!

Having dealt with hearing loss and hearing aid providers for 20 years I was so lucky to stumble into Elka's office to get wet cotton vacuumed out of my ear. I also happened to be shopping around for new aids as my current provider was clearly not playing fair. Elka and Rosa were beyond helpful, professional, and ridiculously friendly. I saved a lot of money and received the best service imaginable plus the right product for me. 5 stars doesn't do these ladies justice. I'm now sending my boss there and we both live in the east end with two of Elka's competitor's right across the street. It's worth the drive for these amazing professionals. Thank you Elka and Rosa!!!

The best clinic to go to for your hearing needs. My husband has been going to that clinic for a few years and Elka as well as Rosa have been extremely professional, helpful, understanding with him and always ready to help. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
