the office manager and receptionists are bunch of careless useless people. I travelled 45 mins in middle of workday, only to find out they have cancelled my appointment. there was an older receptionist even claim that she heard office manager talking to me on phone. didn't even show remorse or apologized. I would give a negative rating for that receptionists reaction towards the cancellation and not showing any regret. they should close the clinic with this attitude. one receptionist did apologize. I lost 1h 30 in of precious time on working day and money for these careless people.

Visited the Toronto Head & Neck Click for a life-long major hearing loss in my right ear. I was seen by Dr Irvine who assessed my condition overall going through my long history and evaluated my status after my hearing test which confirmed my condition. He was very understanding and took his time and explained options which led me to see Chris, the hearing instrument specialist for hearing aid options. I was pleasantly surprised at the options available and which would be best for me due to my ear canal (over a dozen surgeries and not a normal canal). I plan to move forward with a hearing aid soon.

I took my 94 year-old mother for a hearing test with Dr. Chris, and I must say that both he and Denise were the most patient, kind, caring people. After a couple of tests and some cleaning out of her ears, we purchased the hearing aids today that Chris recommended. His mannerisms with my mom as well as teaching us how to put the hearing aids in properly and how to care for them was nothing short of respectful and kind. Every time I called the clinic and spoke with Denise, she was also most respectful and pleasant. I would highly recommend their clinic.
