Took my 7-year-old daughter in for a wax removal after about a month of recurring clogging that oil drops couldn’t fix. This was a lovely experience: fast, efficient, and very friendly. Amelia, the office manager, helped us with booking the time that worked with my schedule, and welcomed us with a smile. Stellar first impression! Melissa was our audiologist. She went beyond the standard wax removal, checked both ears and eardrum pressure, and told us exactly what to follow up on with our family doctor. She explained every step and made sure the little patient was comfortable with everything. I guess now my kid loves ear doctors as much as I do:) p.s. they have cool posters!

Our newborn had an inconclusive result during her initial hearing screening at the hospital 24 hours after birth. We were waiting for a call from the Infant Hearing Program, but the location available for a re-test was Surrey Place, which was on strike at the time. With our baby approaching two months old, we decided to pursue re-testing here instead. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. The clinic was incredibly efficient, and the hearing test was quick, gentle, and painless for our newborn (and reassuringly easy for us as parents too!). The results were shared with us immediately, which gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. We highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking to have their infant screened in a professional, caring, and efficient environment.

Very professional staff. Right on time. Explained everything in details and overall a pleasant experience. I am hearing better and don’t need to ask people to repeat themselves specially in gatherings. I enjoy hearing simple sounds that I have missed for so long like a tap water.
