I spoke with Joanna regarding a second service visit because the first visit did not appear to resolve the problem. Before scheduling, I confirmed the date and time with my brother-in-law and then confirmed everything with Joanna. Unfortunately, a doctor's appointment for my brother-in-law was scheduled at the same time, so I had to call and request a last-minute change. During that call, Joanna was rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. She told me that I needed to be more responsible and take accountability, and stated that they were trying to fit my brother-in-law in and that the technician was not going to be happy about the change. She also said, "I'm not trying to get you to stay with us," which I found surprising and inappropriate. Considering this was a follow-up visit because the original issue had not been fixed, I expected a more understanding and customer-focused approach. While I appreciate that schedule changes can be inconvenient, there is no reason to speak to a customer in a dismissive manner. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience, and Joanna's rude and abrupt attitude left a negative impression.
