    There is something to be said about in-person shopping experiences. I went into the store with a brand and size in mind for my ankle brace. Marie suggested that I try on the braces to ensure they are the right fit. It turned out that on paper, I was one size, but based on the swelling of my ankle and the size of my calf, I was a smaller size. Marie thoroughly examined each brace and gave expert advice on their fit. I got to walk around in them in the store to properly test them in my shoes., I would not have received this personal care by shopping online. Secondly, I would have been in the wrong size brace, potentially causing more damage to my ankle. Thirdly, these braces were the same price as the big online stores. Thank you, Marie, for the wonderful service!

    I recently purchased an Orthex hospital bed and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect bed. He explained all the features, including the adjustable settings, and made sure I felt confident using it. Delivery was prompt, and the setup was smooth. The bed itself is of excellent quality and has greatly improved comfort and care for my loved one.
