Recently, I had this company's assistance with attaching an adaptive driving gadget to my vehicle's steering wheel, so that I can safely and comfortably maintain my driving independence while living with chronic nerve pain. The entire process from the first phone call to ask questions and schedule an appointment, right down to the morning that my gadget was certifiably installed on my steering wheel, was a compassionately understanding, professional, and friendly experience. Jessica provided above and beyond customer service to me the entire time, and Rick, the technician who installed the gadget, was punctual, professional and even was able to drive to where my car was located in order to install the gadget without me having to worry about how I was going to get someone to drive my car to Eco Medical Equipment's business location for the appointment. Thank you so much, Eco Medical Equipment! You do your job well, and it clearly shows!!

The manual wheelchair department has horrible service. Was a good place years ago. And the staff are rude and don't care about their customers at Eco. I've been leaving messages for the manual wheelchair department for over 6 months and they don't return phone calls. Tony was supposed to write off my wheelchair and he said he'd email the paperwork so I can give it to my OT...he did absolutely nothing and then changed departments. On top of that I've been using my wheelchair with a broken caster for a long time. And they don't seem to be in any rush to fix it. I don't think a repair should take over 6 months. So here I am with a broken wheelchair and I have to start all over because Tony couldn't do his job. Let's just say I won't be using Eco medicals services anymore. Just because we have a disability doesn't mean you have the right to treat people like crap.

I first met scott after a spinal injury in july while staying at the glen rose rehabilitation center. Over the course of a month he and his team brought in a few different trial chairs. Everyone of them was either not what was requested or broken. I almost fell out of one when the armrest snapped(im 170lbs) so no crazy weight on the armrest. When it came time to order my custom chair it was like pulling teeth. The chair took over 2 months to arrive and the second set of wheels took another month. The wheels showed up wrong and with cheap Amazon tires.not what was ordered and paid for. After another month and alot of fighting with Scott I got the handgrips and tires. They installed them and didnt even bother to tighten them causing a hazardous situation.. avoid this sad excuse of a business
