MedMobility has been of great help to me since it was known as MediChair! But what I want to focus on is an employee named Tom. Tom is the fix it guy at MedMobility North and he has gone out of his way to help me as a former customer and future customer. I’m getting something second hand now, but Tom was so awesome, on his own time,he provided me information that guided my decision and prevented me from making a costly mistake. Thank heavens for guys like Tom! They not only help poor people out but they raise an incredible amount of goodwill in the community for their employer! Next time I’m in a position to buy something new, I will for sure be going to MedMobility!! Thanks so much, Tom!

I was involved in a serious collision with multiple injuries concussion and trauma. I had a scooter delivered. The guy pulled up to my gate I explained as he lowered my scooter gates only opened outward he had it blocked. The guy continued to lower scooter looked at me straight in the eye no smile and pushed the gate over my newer concrete . This action scarred my concrete on both sides with several large scars in concrete. The guy then put scooter in garage as he left he reefed on gate upward and slid booth gates back. No apology. I could not handle any more stress at time. I went in house and cried at the absolute disrespect of my property feeling it was due to how I appeared broken and vulnerable. The owners son came out stated the guy admitted to this and that the scar would fade he asked if he could reef and pull the newer gate down. I said no. He said have my contractor call him to cover the charges my contractor said get 3 estimates and submit to him. I let owners son know, I received an email they were not going to fix or take responsibility. Know one or company has any right to come on a persons property and show such disrespect and disregard. SHAME ON MEDMOBILITIES OWNERS SONAND MANAGEMENT. This company clearly takes advantage of injured people.

Ordered a grey wheelchair but they delivered a black one and then they insisted that we changed the order to black which we did not. no choice now because we are left with the black. be careful dealing with them. Get it in writing. We will not deal with them any more.
