Horrible experience and horrible owner. The entire situation was a nightmare that resulted in bad used equipment and extensive property damage. If you had grab bars installed I would have them checked as they installed mine with parts for a motorcycle windshield which means it was completely incapable of supporting weight. Which we found out from the manufacturer of the grab bars not from the owner who we unfortunately had to deal with directly. The entire experience was traumatizing and when he got fed up he reported to straight up gas lighting and anger. Find a different company or location but stay away from this one

Shaky, inferior stairlift! Awful service once I paid them. Removal left HUGE holes. Needed to hire a contractor to fill and stain my staircase. Go elsewhere and save yourself grief and money.

Service is good for this industry's standards (which are low in my experience). Kevins very nice but clients have to be proactive and contact them and followup frequently. Very disappointed that their location doesn't have power door button, their neighboring store has one but they do not. I have had to wait outside for someone to assist me to enter, which is very frustrating considering its a mobility store eh.
