My mother’s lift machine had a technical error, we were told a technician would come April 9th but it got rescheduled due to the technician being injured. And then was told we’re on a wait list. My mother passed due to natural causes but she had to crawl or be lifted up stairs for 3 weeks due to this company. Horrible. People rely on your machines for mobility how can you be so slow?

Eric from Silver Cross arrived exactly when he said he would and did not rush me through the process. We looked over the house layout and explained what was possible and what was preferable and what could be managed. A very clear, amiable and understanding young man. I needed to delay part of the installation because of an appliance delivery that would get in the way, and the company was very accommodating in a way I very much appreciate. In the office, Vidalia was suffering from laryngitis but all the same she took the time to explain how the installation would go and answered my questions although it cannot have been at all easy for her. Mike and Sam arrived to install the first set of lifts, putting down floor covers and being careful of my floors and furniture. They were very pleasant, courteous young men who worked quietly and cleanly for several hours checking everything as they went along. By the time they left, I was well instructed in how to use the lifts manually and by remote, and they had even registered them for the warranties. Mike and Sam came back to install my second set of lifts in the same neat, quiet fashion. My whole house became accessible to me once more. The lifts have been put to good use since, functioning smoothly every time and saving me a world of misery. I am very grateful and could not have asked for better, kinder service.
