What a disapointing place and bad services with rude nurses who dont give a damn about their patients in care ,my mom was treated like a human only by a young boy(psw) all the rest are a useless bunch who needs compasion training,the mangement sucks too its only business module,I will be taking further.action.

only pick this place if in dire need! Some of the staff are really good, the rest are insensitive and clueless, sometimes you would see staff on their phones in a empty residents room, can never get a hold of nurses station , no exercise facility , they do all their events in the lobby , food pretty gross and they cheap out. I guess that is what you get with private owned facilities all about the bottom line and i don't really have peace of mind

I have now lost track of how many times I have made the effort to contact this facility to find myself in a voicemail system that nobody bothers to respond to. Apparently nobody at the facility actually answers the phone to handle inquiries
