Our experience with the Brantford Retirement Manor has been absolutely wonderful. From day one, the beautiful, clean, and welcoming environment stood out. We want to especially highlight Eva and Kelly, who have been truly exceptional with our family; they, along with the entire team, consistently go above and beyond to support us and provide a beautiful home for our mother. The structured daily schedule - including fitness classes, live entertainment, crafts, games, and regular mealtimes - gives her a fantastic sense of routine. The staff has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are incredibly grateful for their accommodation and care.

We recently moved my mother-in-law into Brantford Retirement Manor after a short respite stay. The team was incredibly accommodating on short notice, and our experience has been excellent since our very first phone conversation. Eva, the General Manager, truly stands out. She knows each resident personally and brings a level of care and attention that’s hard to find. What we appreciate most is the flexibility offered to residents—easing into activities at their own pace, choosing their own seating at meals, and gradually implementing adjustments as a resident’s needs change. Staff also check in if a meal is missed, which gives us real peace of mind. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and far cleaner than any assisted living facility I have personally visited. If I had one small wish, it would be for an additional elevator at the opposite end of the building; however, that’s minor compared to the exceptional care, comfort, and overall experience this residence provides.

My parents & I first toured BRM in November 2025; our first impressions of the public spaces, living spaces and staff were excellent. They decided to make the big move out of their own house; BRM became their new home in mid February 2026. The transition has been very smooth and positive. They enjoy the natural light in their brand-new one-bedroom apartment (and shared spaces), the quality/variety of the food and the opportunities for social interactions (so many friendly people). Both my parents and myself have found the staff to be kind and helpful. For me, communication with staff has been clear, caring and solution-oriented, which gives me confidence and comfort. My gratitude to Nicole, Eva, Kelly and the staff.
