When my husband had surgery and needed full time care at home the first week, The Community Relations Manager at RHRR arranged to provide us with dinner. The meals were delicious. She delivered them personally. It was such a relief for me and a blessing to my husband and me.

"Exceptional Care and Global Peace of Mind" "Relocating my elderly uncle to Richmond Hill Retirement Residence while he waits for a long-term care facility has been a fantastic decision. As a nephew living far away in Singapore, I feel immense relief knowing he is in such a well-maintained and supportive sanctuary. He is incredibly happy with his stay, specifically praising the delicious meals and the friendly, attentive caregivers. For any family—especially those managing care from a long distance—the security and high-quality environment here provide invaluable peace of mind. It is a premium option, but the quality of care makes it well worth it if finances permit."

I stayed at the retirement home for six weeks - Nov 6th to Dec 19th (2025), whilst recovering from hip surgery. It was a wonderful experience - the menu variety - the kindness and attentiveness of all of the staff and, for me, the feeling of peace which I’m sure hastened my quick recovery. I have shared this experience friends and family members adding that I wouldn’t hesitate to call the retirement home my home. Thank you once again! Kind regards Paul Robinson.
