We have never had a bad experience at Empress Gardens. My husband stays as a respite. Everyone is so friendly and kind and they are very thorough. We would highly recommend using their services and booking a stay.

Each & every person within Empress Gardens went above & beyond to ensure my 14 day respite stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I can't express enough appreciation & gratitude for such a memorable experience. From Isaac to reception to kitchen staff to laundry personnel, everyone was amazing. THANK YOU: Jim Fitzgerald

My husband spent 2 weeks at Empress Gardens and loved it. He was very impressed with every staff member he met...not one complaint about anyone! The food was tasty, and he certainly didn't go hungry. While he isn't a breakfast person normally, he certainly enjoyed breakfast at the Empress!
