    I came to visit my grandpa yesterday with my mom and honestly left feeling pretty upset. As I was walking into the main entrance, I saw a man and a woman yelling at one of the staff members right in front of everyone. It was really uncomfortable to witness, especially in a retirement home where you’d expect a calm and respectful environment. I felt awful for the employee having to deal with that so publicly. It definitely wasn’t a good first impression, and I really hope management addresses situations like this better in the future

    My father lived at Season's on Ontario St. for two years. He was one of the first residents there once it opened in January 2024. The staff at this location are excellent and incomparable. Everyone has a smile on their faces, are welcoming, and always helpful. The only complaint my father ever had was regarding the quality of food, which I assume would be a difficult thing to navigate considering all the various taste buds of residents. I joined him for dinner many times and always found the food to be decent. They always have great activities, especially live music, which my father just loved! The Market (bistro) on the main level is so convenient, with everything from light groceries, sandwiches, desserts, and even greeting cards. There is a hair salon as well on the main floor. The Management at Season's was always professional, yet caring. Frances, the General Manager, is very good at her job and keeps the ship running well. Mark, the Operations Manager, was always friendly and helpful too. The Regional nurse for Season's (Alysha) is phenomenal! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place for themselves or their loved one(s).
