Lack of staff a few good psw's and 1 good RN! Dad's clothes are miss placed received someone's else's clothes!🙄 Cheltenham you have to do better then that! There's more to say but I just better leave it at that!

The staff at Cheltenham are unprofessional and items have been stolen. Assaults from staff on a resident as well as abuse from staff to family members of a resident have occurred. This LTC should be investigated in depth

Very polite , nice and welcoming staff. I registered my mom and toured before sending her. Very cleaned and secured place. I also surprised of their programs. Love it. I know my mom will love the place as well.
